Our range of ocean radar products provides valuable information for coastal research: Measurements with high spatial and temporal resolution of surface currents, wave parameters and wind direction. With the data, researchers can create maps of sea-surface currents, wave features and ocean swells generated by the coastal ocean’s intricate dynamics – factors which interact to affect everything from coral bleaching and fish migrations to pollution drift and deep ocean water movements. Describing and understanding these relatively undeciphered yet highly important shifting dynamics will help link the study of deep ocean patterns with nearshore processes. Due to the open data interface, our software provides comfortable data handling and export in various formats. Individual data processing levels allow access to individual grid point data as well as access to archived raw data or maps.
